As a nonprofit organization, we rely on volunteers to help us achieve our mission of empowering underserved and underprivileged communities throughout Iowa to achieve optimal health and wellness. We welcome volunteers of all ages, backgrounds, and skill levels to join us in making a difference. We also can help you become a trained community health worker.

Imagine reaching hundreds of lives in underserved communities, ensuring access to crucial preventative care and early detection of potential health issues. This is the impact your generous sponsorship can bring through MyHealthIowa - MiSaludIowa's free health screening clinics. We have several mobile clinics equipped with diagnostic equipment, which enables us to provide free diabetic and blood pressure screening for Iowans. We can do this as part of your daily business, where your clients/customers can participate. We partner with organizations across Iowa such as Knock and Drop, RIVA, LUNA, Delta Dental, Polk County Health Department, the Iowa Latino Heritage Festival, and several local Iowa churches.
